Codes, tests, and debugs computer programs. Analyzes, designs, and writes specifications for basic programs. Assists in identifying and resolving product problems with specific programs. Creates appropriate technical documentation. Gathers information from the system and performs data analysis.

Essential Job Functions

\xc2\xb7 Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents programs. Assists in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user.

\xc2\xb7 Gathers information from the system, analyzes program and time requirements, and prepares documentation to change existing programs.

\xc2\xb7 Researches and analyzes existing systems and program requirements, under periodic supervision.

\xc2\xb7 Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.

\xc2\xb7 Writes specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.

\xc2\xb7 Assists in resolving production support problems. Develops and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems.

\xc2\xb7 Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Identifies issues as appropriate.

\xc2\xb7 Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.

\xc2\xb7 Support the quality assurance activities.

\xc2\xb7 Remains abreast of and research industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.

\xc2\xb7 Architecting, designing & implementing complex enterprise applications using industry best practices and setting expectations with team members

\xc2\xb7 Drive teams to deliver high quality technical solutions and provide technical leadership to teams

\xc2\xb7 Promote reuse of existing domain services and the standardization of domain service offerings

\xc2\xb7 Participate in creation and maintenance of standards, practices, and policies

\xc2\xb7 Directly communicating with the clients and/or international counterparts

\xc2\xb7 Proactively support leadership on continues improvements and eliminating delivery risks

\xc2\xb7 Active involvement in process and quality improvements, knowledge sharing and organizational development

\xc2\xb7 Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment

Basic Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field preferred

\xc2\xb7 Three or more years of experience in programming & testing

\xc2\xb7 Some level of experience or high-level understanding on the time tracking systems/process

\xc2\xb7 Extensive full stack development expertise including C#.NET, .NET Core, ASP.Net, Web Service, Oracle\\SQL Server, and Entity Framework

\xc2\xb7 Experience in a cloud migration project is add on.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Shell Script, Pearl Script

\xc2\xb7 Advanced and specialized knowledge of industry best practices, programming languages, design patterns, architecture, and technology in related areas from solutions perspective

\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale software platforms

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work directly with client and autonomously on highly complex and diverse projects

\xc2\xb7 Ability to interpret design and software requirement documents and artifacts

\xc2\xb7 Drive teams to deliver high quality technical solutions

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and SOLID principles

\xc2\xb7 Strong hands-on knowledge in Visual Studio System

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Agile delivery model

\xc2\xb7 Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills

Other Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Stored Procedure / PLSQL

\xc2\xb7 Experience on Web logic, HPUX / Linux servers\xe2\x80\x99 scripting programming is an add on

\xc2\xb7 Good personal computer and business solutions software skills

\xc2\xb7 Analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs

\xc2\xb7 Interpersonal skills to interact with team members

\xc2\xb7 Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
