Job Title: DPP Data Coordinator

Employment Term: 1 Year Contract

Monthly Salary: Up to RM 3,000 (depending on your qualifications)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy fresh graduate to join our team as a DPP Data Coordinator. This role is ideal for diploma holders with basic IT knowledge who want hands-on experience in data management, data quality, and global systems within a structured working environment.

You will support data quality initiatives by managing, validating, and maintaining accurate data according to global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the Global Document Data GQMP (Global Quality Manufacturing Policy) at O&O. GQMP will be provided to all Quality DPP Data Owners and includes global DPP data standards, data asset requirements, data definitions, reference data, and data quality validation rules (e.g. Veeva verification, templates). Manage data collection, validation changes, and data quality processes, including handling escalated issues. Data collection and validation changes and quality process including escalated issues. Data standardization on MIMICs system. Work to collaborate to correct data with the unique/functional data owners Align on requirements for data quality reports and dashboards Meet global data entry and quality KPIs and report progress to key stakeholders

Requirements

Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related Science fields. Basic IT knowledge and interest in data management systems. Good command of English with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate and comfortable working with systems and digital tools. Relevant internship experience in IT, Computer Science, or related fields

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
