JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare layouts of drawings which include basic Architectural Interior or Civil and M&E.

Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, joinery details and as-built drawings for projects.

Translate Submission Drawing from consultant to Construction Drawing to be used at the site.

Ensure drawings comply with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory codes.

Coordinate with engineers to clarify on site layout design and requirements.

Revise drawings and make records of the revisions and documentation in an organized manner.

Conduct site visits when necessary to verify dimensions and collect field information.

Responsible of all drawing's development requirement by project basis.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education: Diploma/Certificate in Drafting, Civil & Architecture, or a related field.

Software Skills: 2D/3D AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, SketchUp or other drawing software. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or design software is an asset.

Soft Skills: Independent, Proactive, Adaptability, Responsible& Professionalism

Proven experience as a Draughtsman in Civil or Mechanical Electrical or Construction.

Good understanding of technical detail drawings, and construction methods.

Good communication skills to coordinate with engineers and project teams.

Experience with fit-out drawings or piping/plumbing is an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
