Drafter
Job Description
Develop engineering drawings, including part and assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs).
Collaborate with other engineering team to ensure uniform application of good practice of manufacturing standard.
Create accurate and detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Prepare drawings and specifications for construction and manufacturing purposes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting processes and standards
Develop detailed technical drawings based on specifications and calculations.
Collaborate closely with engineers to integrate insights into product's designs.
Design and form tools for specialized manufacturing processes.
Monitor the status of products on the production floor.
Identify and communicate potential design issues to the team.
Perform calculations for material selection, weight limitations, and cost estimations.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering, or a degree from technical college is acceptable. Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software. Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently. Receptive to feedback and able to maintain a positive attitude. 3-5 years of experience in new product introduction, manufacturing engineering, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
