Job Description

• Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Drafting, or a related field. Relevant certifications in graphic design or drafting would be advantageous.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Drafter and Graphic Design work. Proficiency in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and AutoCAD. Familiarity with 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of design principles, drafting techniques, and visualization concepts. Ability to create detailed and accurate technical drawings and graphic designs. Knowledge of industry-standard file formats and printing processes.

Communication:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to interpret and understand project requirements and translate them into visual concepts.

Attention to Detail:

• Exceptional attention to detail in both drafting and graphic design work. Capable of reviewing and revising designs to meet quality standards.

Team Collaboration:

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and project managers. Willingness to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.

Time Management:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines. Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Creativity:

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and drafting projects.

ResponsibilitiesDrafting:

• Create detailed technical drawings and blueprints using drafting software.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all drafted designs.

Graphic Design:

• Develop visually appealing graphics for presentations, marketing materials, and project documentation.
• Utilize graphic design software to create illustrations, layouts, and branding materials.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all design elements.

3D Modeling:

• Generate 3D models of projects to enhance visualization and understanding.
• Collaborate with the design team to integrate 3D elements into overall project presentations.

Quality Control:

• Review and proofread designs to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Make necessary revisions based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and expectations.
• Present design concepts and ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate with project managers to align design timelines with overall project schedules.

Stay Updated:

• Stay informed about industry trends, new software, and design techniques.
• Incorporate new and innovative design approaches into projects when applicable.

Documentation:

• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design and drafting projects.
• Provide documentation to support the design process and facilitate collaboration with other teams.
