JOB VACANCY: DRAFTER (FABRICATION DRAWING)

Industry: Steel Fabrication / Construction / Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to produce high-quality fabrication drawings for structural steel and related engineering components. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers and the fabrication team to ensure accurate, clear, and compliant drawings for production.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and part drawings based on engineering inputs.

Develop assembly drawings, cutting lists, etc.

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and fabrication requirements.

Update and revise drawings as per comments from consultants, clients.

Manage and maintain drawing documentation and revision control.

Support fabrication team to ensure drawings are practical and buildable.

Requirements

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Drafting Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in drawing preparation.

Fresher also encourage to apply.

Proficient in AutoCAD or Tekla Structures or equivalent drafting software.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, design standards, and specifications.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Additional Advantages
