Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and/or construction drawings in accordance to project requirements

\xc2\xb7 Review, clarify and amend the drawings/plan provided by clients/consultants

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the drawings required are completed on-time

\xc2\xb7 Ensure accuracy and compliance in the drafting process

\xc2\xb7 Responsible to match drawing and measurements to actual installation at project site

\xc2\xb7 Attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements

\xc2\xb7 Provision of accurate cut list for purchase of materials and to inspect purchases material delivered to project site

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for timely submission of weekly progress report

\xc2\xb7 To work with other teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project

\xc2\xb7 Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 AutoCAD knowledge and well versed is a Must

\xc2\xb7 Adobe Illustrator/Sketch-Up knowledge and well versed will be an advantage

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in other designing software will be an advantage

\xc2\xb7 Preferable to have 1-2 years in drafting experience with strong analytical skill

\xc2\xb7 Bilingual Preferred

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with responsibility to meet tight deadline

\xc2\xb7 Meticulous with attention to details

\xc2\xb7 Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

\xc2\xb7 Result driven with a can-do attitude

\xc2\xb7 Meticulous and organised
