Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm , Saturday 9:00 to 1pm

1.

Technical Drawings & Drafting:

Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using Auto Cad software. Create 2D representations of structures, components, and systems based on design specifications.
2.

Project Collaboration:

Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design briefs and produce accurate plans. Assist in developing technical solutions and ensure that designs are feasible and meet project requirements.
3.

Design Revisions & Modifications:

Update and modify existing drawings and plans based on feedback, changes in project scope, or client requests. Ensure that all revisions are documented and integrated into the final design.
4.

Site Measurements & Surveys:

Conduct site visits to gather measurements, verify dimensions, and collect data to assist in the preparation of accurate drafts.
5.

Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure that all drawings and designs comply with relevant building regulations, codes, and company standards. Maintain accurate documentation and records of drawings, revisions, and project files.
6.

Material Specifications:

Collaborate with the procurement team to specify the materials needed for construction based on the designs. Provide detailed lists of materials, including measurements and quantities, for procurement and cost estimation.
7.

Quality Assurance:

Review and cross-check all drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications before submission. Identify potential design or construction issues and propose solutions.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
