Description :
- Creating technical drawings and plans include Layout, 2D Detail Drawing, M&E & RCP plans according to project specifications. Knowledge of 3D modelling & rendering of carpentry is an advantage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of plans.
- Utilize CAD software to develop drawings and plans.
- Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, and other project-related data to determine the necessary design details.
- Ensure that all drawings and plans meet industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate with contractors and other professionals in the construction industry to resolve any issues that arise during the building process.
- Continuously update and revise existing drawings and plans as necessary.

Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in drafting or a related field.
- Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines and pressure.
