Job Description

ob Scope:

Strong ability to read and understand drawings. Ability to use hand tools Strong ability to liase with several interdepartment groups, especially with Fabrication dept under Cut, Weld & Bend team Create 2D detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software Perform ad hoc mechanical design tasks from time to time as required by superiors (e.g. create simple drawings on Solidworks, accurately turn 3D drawings into sheet metal for laser cutting).

Qualification

Candidate must possess minimum Certificate or Diploma for Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum 1 year of working experience as Draftman for Manufacturing field Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks Able to create manual books and spare parts lists Able to access and view stock cards for each machine Must be able to read and understand Engineering and AutoCad Drawing Able to work under high pressure meeting tight deadlines Able to stay back to finish urgent assignments when necessary Proficient in English and Malay Mandarin Speaking skill would be an added advantages Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
