Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Create Technical Drawings:
Produce detailed 2D floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.Coordinate with Design Teams:
Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure the drawings accurately represent the structural, electrical, and mechanical requirements.Ensure Compliance:
Verify that all designs adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ANSI, ISO).Incorporate Feedback:
Revise and update drawings based on "redlines" (corrections) from senior staff or changes requested by the client.Field Inspections:
Occasionally visit construction or manufacturing sites to verify that the physical work matches the digital plans.Manage Documentation:
Maintain a organized history of revisions, material specifications, and project files.Required Skills & Qualifications
Key Competencies Software Mastery
Proficiency inAutoCAD
,Revit
(BIM), SolidWorks, or Civil 3D.Technical Knowledge
Understanding of geometry, material properties, and construction methods.Mathematical Ability
Calculating dimensions, weights, and load-bearing capacities.Soft Skills
High attention to detail, spatial awareness, and strong communication.Education
Usually an Associate's degree or Certificate in Drafting/CADD.Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
