• Develop creative and functional house designs based on client requirements, budget, and land specifications.

• Create architectural plans, layouts, and detailed drawings using design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.

2. Collaboration with Clients and Team:

• Collaborate with the project team, including engineers and supervisors, to ensure designs are practical and align with construction capabilities.

3. Compliance and Approvals:

• Assist in preparing and submitting documentation for project approvals and permits.

4. Project Monitoring:

• Provide design-related support throughout the project, including revisions or updates as required.

• Attend site visits to ensure construction aligns with the approved design plan.

5. Innovation and Optimization:

• Recommend innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable design solutions.

• Continuously research new materials, design trends, and construction methods to enhance project outcomes.

Responsibilities1. Educational Background:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp,Lumion, Revit, or similar tools).

• Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.

3. Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in architectural or construction design planning. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

4. Personal Attributes:

• Strong creativity and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt designs based on feedback.

5. Other Requirements:
