Drawing & Design: Draw layout plan for KM residential, commercial and industrial using AutoCAD software based on guideline from Authorities.
Collaboration: Work closely with Town Planners, Engineers, Architect and Authorities to understand project requirement and layout design.
Compliance: Ensure all drawing adhere to Kanun Tanah Negara (KTN), development standards and local council requirement.
Documentation: Prepare and compile documents for online and hardcopy submission based on Authorities requirement.
Data Management: Collect data from site visit and secondary data for site information.
Qualification & Skills:
Diploma/Certificate in Town Planning, drafting and related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and MS office.
Strong understanding of land law, zoning, and KM processes.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Experience:
Proven experience in technical drawing/drafting, town planning, ideally in property development, architecture drawing and civil infrastructure.
