To create technical drawings as per the specifications and calculations provided
To utilize CAD software and modeling tools to create rough sketches as well as detailed drawings
To communicate effectively with the team to determine the technical requirements
To submit the drafts to the team for review
To ensure that the final designs meet the industry standards and building regulations
To examine and notify any errors in the technical designs
To make changes to the technical drawings and drafts based on the feedback provided by the team (property layout plan)
Job Requirements
Minimum Certificate/Diploma level in any related field
Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design software & Microsoft Visio
Excellent technical skills
Having a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Work Location: IM Global Headquarters, Desa Pandan, Kuala Lumpur
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
