- Fabricate metal moulds from tooling materials
- Machine, mill, and grind metal plates into moulds as per requirement
- Draw simple mould diagrams as per customers requirements before fabrication
- Ensure that the quality of mould fabricated is as per the drawings
- Repair / service tools and dies when the stamped components are non-conforming
- To ensure die index is updated as and when new tooling fabrication is carried out.
- To ensure all customer drawings are kept safe and properly.
- To assist in compiling the Bill of Material (BOM) & machine parameter settings
- To ensure all machines are duly service according to the Preventive maintenance schedule
Competency Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge in Autocad
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
