Position

: Draughtsman

Location

: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities

Support the architectural team in preparing technical drawings and plans. Collaborate with architects to convert initial concepts into detailed designs and construction-ready drawings. Develop accurate

2D drawings

and

3D models

to aid the design process. Prepare project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports. Maintain well-organized files and materials throughout all drafting stages to ensure smooth workflow and project continuity.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum

5 years' experience

in drafting or related construction roles. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

, and basic

Microsoft Office

applications. Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and capable of meeting deadlines. Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency in

English

,

Mandarin

and BM. Must possess own transport.

Remuneration Package

Basic Salary:

RM 4,000 - RM 5,000

Working Hours

Monday to Friday,

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
