Job Description

Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed

CSA shop drawings, plans, and layouts

using AutoCAD based on specifications, sketches, and site conditions. Work closely with

civil, structural, and architectural engineers

, as well as other project teams, to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements. Responsible for the

coordination, supervision, and implementation

of CSA works throughout the project lifecycle. Attend

technical, coordination, and progress meetings

with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Liaise with

local authorities

and coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance with building codes, planning requirements, and regulatory standards. Participate in all required

project meetings

and maintain effective communication with clients and all relevant stakeholders. Review and evaluate

method statements, work procedures, checklists

, and

inspection & test plans (ITPs)

related to CSA works. Update, revise, and improve CSA drawings based on feedback, site changes, and design amendments. Ensure all CSA drawings comply with

industry standards, codes of practice, and regulatory requirements

. Maintain accurate and organized

records of drawings, revisions, and documentation

. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to CSA drafting or coordination.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in

Civil Engineering

,

Structural Engineering

,

Architectural Technology

, or related fields. CAD drafting certification is an added advantage. Minimum experience in

CSA drafting

, preferably within construction, building, or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of

civil, structural, and architectural principles

. Familiarity with other design software such as

Revit, Navisworks, or SolidWorks

is a plus.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
