Job Description

:

To Prepare 2D and 3D drawings for submission, fabrication & installations for lighting, and building facade lighting works from sketching conceptual design, to preparing shop drawing / fabrication drawing, to modelling assembly drawing, until submitting as-built drawing. Produce accurate electrical building services drawings including Schematic Single line diagrams, lighting & small power layout, ELV, Lightning Protection Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards. To prepare all technical drawings for preliminary, tender, construction, shop drawing & as-built drawing. Prepare material sample board and related documents for approval submission. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in Electrical building services design, and incorporate new knowledge into daily tasks. Consistent follow up on outstanding works and issues. Collaborate with Architects, consultants and clients for design issues To assist project team and any other work as directed. Produce documentation, specification and as-built drawings. Able to go for site visit when necessary. To liaise with clients, vendors, consultants, specialists, internal departments/section and any other persons as needed to ensure the fulfilment of his/her duties; Delivery commitment is essential on each and every project Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Electrical Draughtsman Having experience as an ID draughtsman will be an added advantage Must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in M&E / Architectural / Interior Design / CAD Draftsmen or equivalent. Required Skill(s):

AUTOCAD, 3D MAX, Photoshop and Microsoft Office

Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to Mechanical and Electrical systems, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on changes. Able to work under pressure to meet deadline work schedules. Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work with a team. Able to speak, read & write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
