Job Responsibility

Well versed in AutoCAD. Develop and prepare architectural designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications. Experienced in preparing submission drawings for local Authority Approval (KM Development Plan, Building Plan, etc) Well versed in local Authority requirements (Uniform Building By-Laws and Planning Guideline). Assist Head of Department in delivering the projects until final completion. Experienced in preparing full set of Construction drawings and details Able to identify potential operational issues in the drawings and resolve with creative ideas Utilize BIM to analyse potential design solutions for building services clashes Experienced in Consultant coordination by taking various Consultant input, and coordinating into a full set of Finalized Coordinated Drawings. Experience in 3D design software would be an advantage. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, Building Construction or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Requires skills: REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin in both verbal and writing. Self-motivated and result oriented with good interpersonal skills. Able to work independently to maintain high standard and accuracy.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
