- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Draughtsperson in the interior design field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design software.
- Strong understanding of materials, and detailing.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Furniture layout plans
- Setting out plans
- Reflected ceiling plans
- Floor plans
- Elevations
- Detailed drawings
- Other relevant drawings as required
- Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
- Prepare accurate and detailed drawings in compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Develop and maintain drawing files and documentation for all assigned projects.
- Ensure that all drawings are completed within the stipulated deadlines
- Conduct site visits and measurements as necessary to ensure accurate drawing production.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.
- Coordinate with other departments and external consultants to ensure the seamless integration of all design elements.
