RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving Duties

:

Provide transportation services to residents and staff as required on official duties. Maintain a logbook for all trips and ensure that the records are up to date at all times. Ensure a high standard of safety as well as always obeying all traffic rules and regulations Regularly check and ensure that the various vehicles are properly maintained. A record book must be maintained on all servicing, repairs. Monitor dates due for maintenance, road tax and insurance renewals and follow up to ensure that the needful are carried out timely. Ensure the general cleanliness of the vehicles at all times. Run errands as and when required

Handyman Duties:

Carry out domestic repairs and work as assigned eg minor repairs & painting of the centre. Assisting during programmes with logistics and setup. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and relevant government agencies to ensure facilities are maintained in good and safe condition. Ensuring fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and signage are accessible Fixing loose handrails, door stoppers, and safety locks Fixing leaking taps and pipes Replacing taps, valves, hoses, and toilet flush handles Monitoring service schedules (air-con servicing, pest control) Support the Centre Head and RHQ Property Department on property-related matters including maintenance works and service contracts. Installing temporary decorations, banners, or notice boards

Assist in fund raising and special events when necessary.

Attend to all other reasonable duties from the Centre Head.
