- Minimum SPM with at least 2 years working experience as a driver.
- Have a valid driving license.
- Responsible for driving Company owned vehicles for transporting Managing Directors, Directors, Manager or guests and other travel assignments.
- Bear full responsibility for any traffic or parking summonses issued during the performance of driving duties.
- Ensure that the Company vehicle is maintained according to standard maintenance schedule.
- Regular checks on the engine fluid lever, water level, battery condition, tire pressure should be carried out and any irregular findings are to be immediately report.
- Maintain the Company car\'s cleanliness and ensure its functionality.
- Ensure collection and delivery of goods or documents are made on timely manner and in good condition.
- Running office errands e.g : bills payment, bank errands, post office errands, deliver external mails and etc.
- Transport the company\'s employees and visitors/guests as and when required by your superior or Head of Department.
- Assists in Administration functions as and when the demand arises.
- Assist the HR Manager / Executives on the ad hoc as at when required.
