Responsible for the collection and delivery of cheques, documents and other materials within Klang Valley (including Putrajaya and Cyberjaya). The role also includes providing personal driving services to the CEO and assisting with other dispatch-related duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the collection and delivery of cheques, documents and invoices within the Klang Valley, including Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.
Handle the delivery and collection of contracts or documents.
Serve as a personal driver to the CEO, including:
- Driving the CEO to attend meetings, functions and other official activities.
- Assisting in picking up and sending foreign guests to meetings or events.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety and proper functioning of the company vehicle.
Perform other tasks as and when assigned by the company.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a despatch and personal driver.
Familiar with Klang Valley routes, including Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.
Skills & Attributes
Valid driving license with clean driving record.
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
Responsible, punctual and trustworthy.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Polite, well-mannered and customer-service oriented.
Physically fit and able to work independently.
