Job Description


Location : MKN Embassy Techzone, Jalan Teknokrat 2, Cyber Cyberjaya, Selangor
Working Hour : Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Remuneration : RM2,000 - RM2,200 per month
Duration : 12-Months contract with PERSOLKELLY:

  • Action Planning - Work with guidance to develop plans and perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements in following areas:
  • Business Trips - Plan trip (route and proposed departure time) as requested by stakeholders to attend official business matters.
  • Motor Vehicle Maintenance - Perform dally, weekly and monthly checking of motor vehicle to confirm its safe condition for each business trip required. Report any problem or defect found to immediate supervisor for necessary action to be taken. Notify immediate superior when scheduled service is due, send vehicle for service, collect vehicle and confirm work done by service centre.
  • Event Arrangement - Setup table and chairs at Multipurpose Hall for events according to request by internal stakeholders. Assist in audio setting setup, top-up coffee machine powder, prepare paper cups for each event and tidy up the Multipurpose Hall after event ends to ensure its readiness for future request.
  • Office Maintenance - Perform miscellaneous maintenance work le. Sink maintenance of each pantry to avoid pipe clog, check quality of faulty light fixture, maintain stationery in meeting rooms, change battery for wall clocks, replace dish wash and hand wash for pantry, perform minor repair/touch up work, liaise with Alam Flora for collection of recycle items and accompany vendors during service performed (pest control, potted plants, building management etc.)
  • Asset & Inventory - Print barcode for each asset and inventory as per instruction from immediate superior, prepare workstation for new staff and clear workstation for resigned staff, prepare asset and inventory handover list for new staff, relocate asset or Inventory to new location upon receiving instruction from immediate superior.
  • Stationery - Provide stationery to staff upon request and submit the document to Clerk for record and filing. Place new stationery and printing items stock received from vendor in its dedicated location (eg cabinets, boltless racks in storeroom/stationery room). Participate In half yearly stationery stock-take exercise to confirm data in stationery inventory database.
  • Document Management - Work with guidance to use document management tools to manage, view, organize and store document i.e. Record mileage for each trip and purchase of petrol using Buku Rekod Kenderaan, record toll and parking expenditure and submit to immediate superior for checking and compile and send petrol receipt to General Administration- KL office on monthly basis for invoice verification purpose.
  • Policy and Procedure - Understand and familiar with all departmental policies and procedures and perform tasks as mentioned in the policies and procedure to efficiently meet business objectives.
  • Verbal Communication - Capable in expressing ideas, giving input during discussion, convey information, give feedback and report/explain problems in detail to-ensure smooth communication among the team-members.
  • Electronic Mail Expertise - Works at an intermediate level to use email systems.
Job Requirement:
  • Minimum 2 years working experience as Driver cum Office Assistant
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
