Job Description
Responsibilities:
Driver
1. Knowledgeable of road safety & regulations, comply of Traffic Laws.
2. Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing routine check on vehicle condition, regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
3. Refuel vehicles and ensure they're always ready for use.
4. Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
5. Assisting with the loading and offloading of luggage, products, and materials.
6. Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
7. Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
8. Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
9. Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and goings.
10. Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to Management.
Operation
Responsibilities:
1.Assist the HR Executive in conducting spot checks at the hostel.
2. Support the Operations Team by delivering chemicals, operating items, and handling other ad-hoc tasks.
3. Support the warden team in transferring bed frames and mattresses and support spot check room if don't have any trip.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
