Requirements

• At least 3-5 years working experience as a Company / Personal Driver.
• Reliable, punctual, resourceful, able to work under pressure, and good customer service.
• Able to travel to outstations as and when required.
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday, overtime will be provided.
• Candidate must a a valid driving license class D with clean driving record.
• Able to speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English .
• Familiar in using related navigation applications eg. Waze, google map.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
• Strictly no smoking and drinking at work.

Responsibilities

• To execute all tasks as assigned by the Supervisor within the required timeframe
• To drive assigned vehicle and perform related duties as instructed by the Supervisor
• To look after the condition of vehicles assigned and ensure its cleanliness, roadworthiness and safety
• To monitor check-up, service schedule and any necessary repairs of assigned vehicle
• Plan route and estimates travel times
• Ensure safe driving practices at all time
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times
• Ensure vehicles are given regular/day to day maintenance checks
• Ensure vehicles repairs are carried out properly by official manufacturers specifications
• Prepare and submit vehicles monitoring report, including daily/monthly maintenance checklist, expenses, mileage on weekly/monthly basis
• Assist the Administration Department to ensure the vehicle insurance and registration is updated accordingly
• Re-fueling vehicles - to ensure not below the tank (to be done during working hours) by using the Petrol Card provided by the Company
• To ensure the Touch n Go balance as per the Company's policy
• Maintaining car storage facilities/garage - ensuring the cleanliness, security and dry at all time
• Mobile handphone must be ON and reachable at all time
• To portray Edaran's good image which include wearing proper, neat and tidy attires at all time
• Perform any other task/function/responsibility that may be assigned by the Management/Company from time to time.
