Job Description

Responsible for safely transporting passengers/ documents/ goods to various destinations within a certain timeframe. Conduct vehicle pre-trip inspections and perform basic support undertakings like refueling the cars and cleaning the interior of the car. Report any defects or malfunctions with the vehicle. Able to use "Waze/Google Maps" to determine the shortest route and adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road construction. Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up to date on road conditions. Report to work at 8.00 am and shall perform overtime when necessary. Perform any other tasks as assigned by HOD/ Operations & Admin Manager.

Job Requirements

Must possess a valid driving license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations and must adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations. Proven experience as a Driver with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience and able to drive different vehicles such as cars and vans. Have excellent driving skills, strong work ethics, and commitment to safety. Have excellent communication and customer service skills. Polite and professional disposition. Able to read and follow maps and GPS directions. Have a physical ability to lift and move heavy documents/ objects as required by the job. Flexible schedule with availability to work after office hours, weekends, and night shifts. A timekeeper and always punctual.
