Job Description

1. Dedicated Driving & Punctuality

Safe and Timely Transportation: Drive the MD and family members to and from destinations safely, efficiently, and with utmost punctuality.

Route Planning: Strategically plan routes using navigation tools to ensure timely arrival, actively avoiding heavy traffic congestion where possible.

Adherence to Law: Strictly follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and speed limits at all times.

Standby/On-Call: Be flexible and available to be on call and stand by as per the MD's and family members schedule, including occasional requirements for weekends or overtime.

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Care

Vehicle Cleanliness: Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring the interior and exterior are impeccably clean at all times.

Regular Checks: Conduct daily checks on the vehicle's condition, including but not limited to fuel, oil, water, tyre pressure, brakes, and lights.

Servicing: Ensure the vehicle is regularly serviced and well-maintained according to the scheduled maintenance plan.

3. Personal Support & Professionalism

Able to take instructions and follow them accurately and promptly
Understand verbal and written directions clearly

Personal Errands: Efficiently run personal errands for the MD as instructed (e.g., deliveries, pickups, administrative tasks).

Assistance: Assist the employer with the loading and unloading of luggage, documents, packages, or other items when required.

Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all duties

Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and courteous attitude at all times.

Able to speak and understand

English

. Non smoker Punctual, responsible, and able to work on weekends and public holidays Clean driving record with no criminal background Proven experience as a personal or corporate driver. Must possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record. High sense of responsibility, reliability, and excellent time management skills. Must have no criminal background or any other disciplinary issues. A clean and tidy appearance is essential. Able to do any extra work on ad-hoc basis.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
