• Valid driver\'s license for the appropriate vehicle category (car, truck, bus, etc.).
• Clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations or accidents.
• Good knowledge of traffic laws and regulations in Malaysia.
• Ability to read and understand maps and navigation systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle various weather conditions.
• Dependability and punctuality in fulfilling assigned duties.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting skills (preferred).
• Flexibility in working hours, including the possibility of irregular schedules.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus, as IT can be beneficial when dealing with diverse passengers or clients.

Tanggungjawab

• Driving:

• Safely operate the assigned vehicle(s) to transport passengers, goods, or materials as per the designated route or instructions.
• Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure IT is in proper working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking fuel, oil, and water levels, and reporting any mechanical issues to the appropriate authorities.
• Safety and Security:

• Prioritize the safety of passengers, cargo, and other road users at all times.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines provided by the employer.
• Ensure passengers are wearing seat belts and follow all necessary safety measures during transportation.
• Customer Service:

• Interact courteously and professionally with passengers, clients, or customers.
• Assist passengers with getting in and out of the vehicle when required.
• Provide assistance with loading and unloading of goods, if applicable.
• Time Management:

• Adhere to schedules and routes to ensure on-time arrivals at the intended destinations.
• Plan routes efficiently to optimize time and fuel consumption.
• Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of daily mileage, fuel consumption, and other required data.
• Submit reports on a regular basis, as per company policies.
