RESPONSIBILITIES :
Delivery and Setup: Transport food and catering supplies to events, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Set up food stations, tables, and equipment according to event specifications.
Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. This includes checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and ensuring the vehicle is clean.
Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload food, beverages, and equipment from the vehicle. Ensure items are properly secured to prevent damage during transit.
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients at the event site. Address any immediate needs or concerns they may have.
Inventory Management: Keep track of catering supplies and equipment. Report any shortages or damages to the catering manager for timely replenishment or repairs.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and transportation guidelines. Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices are followed at all times.
Other duties as may be assigned.
