Job Summary

We are seeking a courteous, professional, and safety-focused Driver to support our medical tourism services. The Driver will be responsible for transporting patients, their families, and guests between airports, hotels, hospitals, and other destinations. The role requires a high level of discretion, empathy, and understanding of the special needs of medical travelers.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport patients, family members, and VIP guests between assigned locations (airport, hotel, hospital, clinics, wellness centers). Assist passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and mobility needs. Provide a warm and professional welcome to international patients and guests. Maintain cleanliness, comfort, and readiness of the vehicle at all times. Monitor traffic and select safe, efficient routes to meet schedules. Communicate with coordinators for changes in pickup/drop-off times. Observe patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Ensure the vehicle is serviced, fueled, and complies with safety regulations. Support medical tourism team with light errands and logistics if needed.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven professional driving experience (VIP, hospitality, or patient transport preferred). Knowledge of local roads, traffic conditions, and tourist-friendly areas. Physically able to assist passengers with mobility needs. Polite, patient, and empathetic demeanor when dealing with clients under medical care. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
