Responsibilities & Authorities

Responsible for providing safe, reliable and efficient transportation services to the employer or designated individuals. Ensure the comfort and security of passengers while adhering to all traffic rules and regulations. Additionally, you may be required to assist with basic administrative tasks and vehicle maintenance as needed.

1. Transportation Services:

Safely and punctually transport the employer or designated individuals to and from various destinations.

Familiarize yourself with the best routes, traffic conditions, and alternative options to ensure timely arrivals.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while providing a comfortable and enjoyable transportation experience.

2. Safety and Security:

Adhere to all traffic rules, speed limits, and local driving regulations.

Prioritize passenger safety by following defensive driving techniques and maintaining a high level of awareness at all times.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure road worthiness and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.

3. Professionalism and Discretion:

Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Exhibit excellent communication skills and interpersonal etiquette when interacting with the employer, guests and other staff members.

Uphold a neat and professional appearance, adhering to dress code policies if applicable.

4. Time Management and Flexibility:

Manage the employer's schedule efficiently, adapting to any changes or last-minute requests.

Assist with other duties or errands as requested, such as running errands, picking up/delivering items or managing personal appointments.

5. Administrative Support:

Provide basic administrative assistance, including managing phone calls, organizing documents, and maintaining records as required.

6. Vehicle Maintenance:

Ensure the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle, including regular fueling, oil changes and servicing

Monitor vehicle condition and promptly report any issues or repairs required

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a personal or chauffeur driver, demonstrating a strong track record of safe and reliable driving. Familiarity with local traffic rules and regulations. Excellent navigation and route planning skills. Professional and discreet with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and work extended hours when necessary. Physical fitness to handle driving duties effectively. Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance is a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
