KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Daily Driving Services

Provide daily driving services for the Executive Chairman, covering both official duties and personal engagements. Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and discretion at all times. Assist with transportation to meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely arrival.

Vehicle Maintenance

Maintain the assigned vehicle(s) in excellent condition, ensuring both interior and exterior cleanliness at all times. Perform routine inspections and arrange timely servicing or repairs to maintain safety and performance standards.

Route Planning & Safety

Plan efficient travel routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure timely arrivals. Monitor road and weather conditions regularly, and alternative routes in the Klang Valley area. Adhere strictly to all road safety regulations, traffic laws and company policies.

Errands & Ad-hoc Support

Run errands and assist with personal or official tasks as instructed by the Executive Chairman. Be flexible and responsive to urgent tasks or schedule changes, including evening and weekend duties when required.

Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive information or personal matters. Present a well-groomed and disciplined image, with a courteous and respectful demeanor at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Min 5 years of professional driving experience. Possess a valid Motor Vehicle and Motorcycle Malaysian driving license.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
