Safely drive the Director to meetings, site visits, and appointments.
Assist with transporting clients or guests as required.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, maintained, and serviced regularly.
Manage schedules and routes efficiently to meet time requirements.
Run errands and handle deliveries when needed.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Familiar with routes, especially in the commercial fit-out industry (e.g., project sites, suppliers).
Good time management and communication skills.
Able to work flexible hours as needed.
Eligible for overtime pay (OT) as per company policy, especially for work beyond regular hours.
