Job Description

Responsible for day to day driving for Managing Director to and from office, appointments, and meetings, etc. Ensure timely pick up from residence to office and other locations at the time requested by Managing Director. Responsible and ensure safety of MD and other passenger in the vehicle. Comply with all road and traffic rules. Follow all safety rules at all times. Punctual, reliable and possess good time management. Ready to work overtime and outstation. Maintain and handle the assigned motor vehicle with great care including sending for regular maintenance and service, ensure cleanliness of the vehicle inside and outside. Carrying out daily checks of oil, fuel, water, car wash etc. Work closely with admin to schedule regular car service appointments and report if any issues. Map out driving routes ahead of time to plan and determine the most efficient trip, to avoid delay on reaching destination. Ensuring vehicles are parked safely and free from traffic summons. Responsible for collecting and delivering company documents/goods to all assigned areas. And attend any other ad-hoc administrative task assigned by HR department.
Requirement:

? Proven experience as a Driver.

? Possess a valid motor vehicle license with good driving skills and a clean driving record with no traffic violations.

?with at least more than 1 year working experience of being a Company or personal driver

? Physically and mentally fit. Always maintain good health.

?Possess own transport - motorcycle or car

? Hardworking, focused on driving details, flexible and can work under pressure.

? Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods.

? Familiarity with GPS devices such as Waze/Google Maps.

?Ready to travel outstations (if required)

?Ready to work overtimes, weekends, public holidays outstation as and when required.

?Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (eg. at rush or peak hour)

?Respectful, friendly and honest.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
