Job Description

Position Summary:

The CEO's Driver is responsible for providing safe, punctual, and confidential transportation services to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability to ensure smooth and efficient travel for the CEO's business and personal engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the CEO to and from office, meetings, airports, and other official/personal engagements as required. Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition -- regular cleaning (interior and exterior), servicing, and maintenance. Plan routes and manage schedules to ensure timely arrival, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain a log of travel, fuel usage, and maintenance. Handle errands or deliveries as directed by the CEO or authorized personnel. Ensure the privacy, security, and confidentiality of all information related to the CEO and company affairs. Be available for extended hours or weekends based on the CEO's schedule. Coordinate with members of the CEO's Office to align on daily itineraries.

Work Schedule:

Full-time; flexibility required for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or outstation travel as needed.

Compensation:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits [if applicable -- e.g., overtime allowance, meals, uniform, insurance].

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
