Job Responsibilities



Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure the reception area is tidy and stocked with necessary materials. Handle customer deliveries, packing, and shipping needs efficiently. Receive customer orders and coordinate with drivers for pick-up. Monitor and ensure smooth parcel drop-off and pick-up operations. Assist in sorting, processing inbound parcels, and supporting drivers. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP). Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements



Able to start work immediately and commit 6 days a week. Experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Willing to work during peak periods (OT claims available). Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work on shift am and pm

Working Hours: Shift AM:

10:00am - 7:00pm,

Shift PM:

1:00pm - 10:00pm Workdays: Monday - Sunday (6 days per week, 1 rest day)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,050.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
