About the role
  • Design, plan and implement Talent initiatives covering orientation, onboarding, retention, employee engagement, mobility, performance improvement and other Talent related matters
  • Design and execute Talent related programs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders within the global Deloitte network
  • Create awareness on Talent related programs
  • Support on operational matters where required and agreed in advance

Requirements

  • Has a keen interest to excel in interaction / event organisation
  • Diploma / degree in Business or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage and build relationship with all levels
  • Has an analytical mind and eye for detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and strong project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and committed to teamwork
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
