Work you\'ll do Form and maintain effective working arrangements with product owners, technical business analysts, developers, and other verification and validation team members. Review and analyze system specifications. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. Develop automated test scripts using UFT, QTP as the main testing tools. Responsible in maintaining the Scripting Framework by building functions needed for automation test scripting. Take on leadership responsibilities and influence the direction of the automation effort, and its schedule and prioritization. Automation script experiences with SOAP UI / Selenium and other automation tools - good to have. Execute automated test scripts. Record problems and issues in accordance with the project\'s problem and issue management plans. Working to requirements, expand on the primary use case, and explore exceptional variations in line with requirements. Document defects using the project\'s defect management tools. Executing and analyzing automation non-functional testing (performance test, stress test, volume test, and etc.) Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process. Participate in the release control process (when the application is transferred from the build team to the test team) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Validate fixes. Inform the project manager of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process. SWIFT knowledge and MEPS payment knowledge - good to have. Requirements Must have a degree with Computer Science background. Have 2+ years of experience in Software testing. However, fresh grads with IT background are welcome to apply. Experience working with any of the Test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, qtest, TFS. Should be able to work individually in an Agile development model. Possess with knowledge on Agile Methodology & STLC. Test the application in accordance to the requirements/ acceptance criteria shared. Experience in test case creation and execution as well as defect tracking. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
