Overview
We are seeking an experienced Drupal Developer (3+ years) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in CMS platform development, site building, content management, and customization, especially in Drupal and Backdrop CMS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. CMS Platform Development

• Develop, maintain, and enhance websites using Drupal 8/9/10.
• Configure Drupal core, contributed modules, and custom modules.
• Build and maintain CMS architectures, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure CMS performance, security, and best coding practices.

2. Site Building, Content Management & Administration

• Create and manage content types, views, taxonomies, menus, and blocks.
• Administer site permissions, roles, and user workflows.
• Support content teams in publishing, formatting, and maintaining content.
• Conduct regular site maintenance, updates, and performance optimization.

3. Backdrop CMS

• Develop and manage websites using Backdrop CMS.
• Customize modules, themes, and layouts for Backdrop environments.
• Migrate or upgrade content between Drupal and Backdrop when required.

4. Site Customization

• Customize front-end themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Twig.
• Implement UI/UX enhancements based on business needs.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and extensions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues, bugs, and configuration errors.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Drupal development.
• Strong knowledge of Drupal 8/9/10 architecture, modules, and theming.
• Experience working with Backdrop CMS.
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience in custom module development and theme customization.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of web security best practices, SEO, and accessibility.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Drupal migration tools (Migrate API, Drush).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with other CMS frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
