Education: A Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Experience: 5-8 years in food manufacturing, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Skills: Strong knowledge of food safety compliance and Malaysian food regulations.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is considered an advantage.
Preferences: Experience specifically in durian processing (paste, pulp, or vacuum packing) and cold chain management is highly preferred.
Tanggungjawab
Operations Management: Oversee daily factory operations, including grading, processing, freezing, and packaging.
Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, MeSTI, BRC, or ISO 22000.
Production Planning: Schedule production based on seasonal durian volume and customer demand.
Quality & Supervision: Manage local and foreign workers while coordinating with QC/QA teams for product traceability and hygiene.
Efficiency: Monitor costs, control wastage, and handle government audits or inspections.
