A Duty Engineer plays an important role in leading the shift operation in the absence of the engineering management. It is thus important that work dedicated by the engineering management is following through effectively and efficiently.What you will do

• Able to identify and ensure all engineering\xe2\x80\x99s stores are well stock and managed.
• Well knowledge of Kitchen electronic skills is required.
• Assist Assistant Director of Engineering to implement preventive maintenance and repair schedules for all M&E system / equipment.
• Manage repair and maintenance project and building improvement by effectively coordinating and planning all tasks in advance of beginning any project under the direction of engineering management.
• Able to train other members of the staff by passing along your knowledge and skills. In addition, utilizing resources from the engineering manual and of outside vendors and sources will assist them in their development.

What you bringAt least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the same role, ideally in a luxury hotel or residence environment.Previous experience developing and managing a team.Strong knowledge of Engineering operations.Strong command of the English language.What we offer:
