Summary


You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Duty Manager is responsible to assist the Assistant Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Office at the hotel.


Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office in an international luxury hotel chain. Computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office and Opera are required. Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must. * Due to the Malaysian government work permit restrictions, we regret to inform that only Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident of Malaysia will be considered.
