KEY TASKS
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for assisting Senior Management in the overall day to day operations.
During their duty the Duty Manager is expected to lead as an example in terms of appearance, attitude, equity & professionalism. Their main role is to ensure the proper work of the operations in the following sections: Front Desk, Operator and the Executive Floor.
The Duty Manager will extend his responsibility to the entire Front Office Operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager. The Duty Manager will act as Assistant Front Office Manager during the absence of the Assistant Front Office Manager. He/she will replace the Crew & Group coordinator during his/her absence.
The Duty Manager will be available at the Hotel 24 hours a day.
To ensure compile all reports according to Eval Pack requirements and Accor Standard.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or other relevant fields
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in the similar capacity in a 5international hotel
- Possess excellent communication and customer relation skills.
- Good organizers, ability to prioritize workload & work within tight deadlines
- Able to meet the deadline & ensuring accuracy of works
