Responsible for overall supervision and coordination of hotel operations during assigned shifts, including:

Acting as the hotel management representative to oversee smooth daily operations of the Front Office and related departments Handling guest complaints, service recovery, and special requests promptly and effectively Coordinating with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations Conducting regular inspections of the lobby and public areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained Responding decisively to emergencies and unforeseen situations, ensuring guest and staff safety Preparing duty reports and ensuring proper handover of information between shifts Guiding, supporting, and motivating frontline associates to maintain service excellence and team performance Supporting the implementation of training, brand standards, and service initiatives to continuously improve guest satisfaction
