Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:



To ensure front office team deliver the hotel standard and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

Greets the VIP guests of the hotel. As directed by the Front Office Manager, performs all tasks assigned Ensuring hotel guest are registered in accordance with front office policies and procedures. To ensure front office team are aware of current promotions, policies and other important information. Responsible to checking billing instructions, permanent folios and monitor guest credit. Support and assist front office team at front desk during peak periods. Check on registration cards of arriving guests and ensures all information should be filled in the system. Assist in handling room lock problems. Prepared and checks for VIP arrival. Handling guest complaints and other related problem and records on the logbook. Answer guest inquires, handle complaints and attend to the need of the guest. Must be able to work shift, on weekend , on PH

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,001.00 per month
