Dynamic Studio Coordinator And Personal Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities: 1) Coordinate studio activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with studio policies. 2) Schedule lessons, including managing and maintaining the studio calendar. 3) Communicate effectively with students and parents, providing prompt and friendly assistance. 4) Organize and assist with studio events, including managing logistics, coordinating participants, and overseeing event setup and cleanup. 5) Keep track of inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed. 6) Respond to students\' and parents\' inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and helpful information. 7) Assist colleagues with administrative tasks and support them in achieving their goals. _________________________________________________________________________________________ Requirements: 1) Availability to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. 2) Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. 3) Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. 4) Positive attitude, punctuality, and a friendly and approachable demeanor. 5) Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. 6) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. 7) Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively. 8) Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Administration, Management, Communications or equivalent.
