Job Description

This role involves developing, delivering, and supporting application system solutions, with responsibilities spanning unit and system testing, defect management, coding, documentation, and integration activities, primarily for in-house applications. It requires strong skills in Microsoft Dynamics, C#, .NET, integration technologies, and experience in application development - preferably within the banking industry.

• Application Development Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in application development, preferably within the banking industry.
• Microsoft Dynamics Expertise: Strong skills in Microsoft Dynamics implementation, including configuration with Dataverse, Workflows, Plugins, and Channel Integration Framework.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, .NET, REST/SOAP integrations, KingswaySoft/SSIS, JavaScript, HTML, and Microsoft technologies like Azure, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Compliance: Experience in adhering to SDLC standards, including unit testing, system testing, defect tracking, and technical documentation.
• Defect Management & Testing: Strong ability to manage defects across different test phases (UT, ST, SIT, UAT) and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Analytical & Documentation Skills: Strong technical, analytical, and documentation skills, with the ability to prepare detailed design documents, technical docs, and test cases.
• Team Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with effective time management and clear written and oral communication skills.
