- Work together with clients to comprehend their needs as a business and convert them into technological requirements.
- Create, develop, and modify Dynamics 365 ERP systems in accordance with customer requirements.
- Carry out data migration, system configuration, and application integration.
- Investigate and fix technical problems with Dynamics 365 ERP.
- Give end users training and technical support.
- To make sure the system operates well and is reliable, conduct quality assurance and testing.
- Keep abreast on the most recent developments and trends in Dynamics 365 ERP and related fields.
- Keep records of technical configurations, designs, and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Malaysian only
- At least 1 years of experience in Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Dynamics 365 ERP.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in technical designs and documentation.
