Responsibilities of E commerce Assistant

Monitor, manage and updating product listings, inventory updates and etc. at Lazada, Shopee and website. Print, pack and arrange products for packing Liaise and handle stocks and sales for physical and online stores Analyze data on behaviours and understand preferences of consumers and customers, generate sales reports Ensuring all product details are mentioned correctly Assist Marketing and E-Commerce Manager in packing and arrange for shipments Ensure hassle-free consumer shopping experience - resolve issues whenever issues arise Check and validate payments from online platform and stores Ensure website changes/updates are rolled out on time Check and validate customers' reviews Forecast sales and estimate stock requirements Identify online business opportunities Integrate and collaborate with physical stores to ensure sufficient stocks and use of social media for promotional campaigns Handle, manage and pack stocks for online orders Activities crisis management like handling customers' inquiries and complaints Monitor online activities Identify and resolve customer queries and project roadblocks

Requirements

Able to print, pack and arrange products and stocks

Detail-oriented and consumer-centric in solving problem Excellent organizational, time management, communication and problem solving skills Able to handle stress and strict deadlines Highly motivated and holding a positive attitude
